LEVELUP MARKETING LLC provides marketing services including paid advertising management, funnel optimization, tracking setup, and related consulting. Services are described in individual proposals and agreements signed with each client.
Our client acquisition retainers are generally month-to-month. Specific engagement terms, including scope of work and fees, are defined in each client agreement and may vary.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to required accounts. Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms by the client unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, offer quality, and budget. We commit to professional work and best practices, but no specific result or revenue figure is guaranteed.
Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, deliverables created during an engagement (ad creatives, landing pages, funnel structures) are licensed to the client for use in their business once paid in full.
Both parties agree to keep business information shared during the engagement confidential and not to share it with third parties without consent.
LEVELUP's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party platform changes affecting campaign performance.
